The 5% Fe-based amorphous reinforced AlCoCrFeNi high-entropy alloy (HEA) specimens were prepared by selective laser melting (SLM) technique. mixed of reduces the grain diameter and eliminates presence texture. Meanwhile, anisotropy specimen was reduced. addition causes precipitation FCC phase in body-centered cubic (BCC) matrix, face-centered (FCC) is uniformly distributed at boundaries. significantly internal stress specimen. elements solidly dissolve into BCC matrix during printing process, further strengthening matrix. residual nanocrystalline phases also result a significant improvement performance
